I went to the Steve Earle “Full-throttle garage” gig, and it was awesome. He started with copperhead road and then did Washington Square stuff with Allison Moorer. There were maybe 15 people in the studio and we all got to talk with both of them, get pictures and have stuff signed. they were both very entertaining and gracious.

[...] Twang Nation pointed me toward the Full Throttle Garage–music in the raw from Lone Star artists in Lone Star 92.5’s studio. So basically, a Texas version of CMT’s Unplugged. There’s live performances from Ryan Bingham, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Steve Earle, Todd Snider, Billy Joe Shaver and more. (via Twang Nation) [...]

Kelly. I was lucky enough to meet Earle and Alison Moorer at a talk and performance he gave here in New York city (where we now both live.) I agree with you that he was gracious in every sense.
